Ball Moss: Ball Moss (Tillandsia recurvata) is endemic to Jamaica and parts of the caribbean. Studies have shown that Ball Moss triggers apoptosis (activate programmed cell death) in five cancer cell lines namely; PC-3 prostate cancer; Kaposi Sarcoma, B-cell lymphoma, breast cancer, and B-16 melanoma.
Ginger: Very powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties protect against cancer.
